Antique/ Vintage Japanese Embroidered Silk Panel/ Picture Woman Peasant Chinese

ANTIQUE/ VINTAGE JAPANESE EMBROIDERED SILK PANEL/ PICTURE OF A WOMAN PEASANT WITH WHEAT! On a black silk background material finely embroidered in bright multi-colored silk threads using finest satin stitches. The embroidery depicts a woman- peasant with wheat in her hands. Bears an embroidered signature of an artist (see pictures). Attached to a white paper backing.

Extremely finely worked pieces- just look at the pictures! The panel together with the white paper border measures 15 6/8" (39.6 cm) long x 13 2/8" (33.5 cm) wide; the black silk only 12 6/8" (32 cm) x 10 2/8" (25.9 cm); the image of the woman itself is approx. 6" (15.2 cm) long x 4.5" (11.4 cm) wide. Condition: EXCELLENT vintage condition with no damages or imperfections. Use the pictures as a part o f the condition report!
